We get asked this question all the time. Even more often, potential customers ask us "Why should I switch to Jiffy? I already have something that works".

We had asked ourselves these same questions before committing to the development of Jiffy because we know that there are a million and one other applications for managing Internet cafes out there. What features could we possibly include in Jiffy that some of them did not have already? What would make café owners and administrators move from a "trusted and reliable" solution to yet another one that simply "claimed" to be better?

In order to provide honest answers to these questions and to set Jiffy apart from the other available solutions, we resolved to ensure that Jiffy would:
  1. Unlike other solutions, enable café owners and administrators to fully monitor, control and manage their businesses from anywhere, anytime using a web browser either locally from any computer on the Local Area Network (LAN) or remotely from any other location via the Internet – very much like accessing web-based e-mail services like Hotmail and Yahoo!


  2. Provide additional value and benefit, not just for the businesses, but also for their customers.


  3. Have features that would help such businesses improve and enhance their returns on investment.
